My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The check-in process was a nightmare, and the customer service left much to be desired. The room was not cleaned properly prior to my arrival, and I felt completely uncomfortable during my time there. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you're looking for a restful experience.
